Condensed Job Description
Circle Church of Christ is seeking an experienced, energetic and mission-minded Pulpit Minister who is gifted to preach, teach, and equip the church for discipleship and service. Successful candidate shall demonstrate a/an:
devotion as follower and disciple of Christ with a passionate faith in God,
in-depth knowledge of God’s Word with ability to effectively communicate Biblical truth,
zeal for making disciples of Jesus and helping others to live and grow as disciples,
strong commitment to the Lordship of Christ, leading of the Spirit, and authority of Scripture, and
ability to work as a member of the Ministry Team, under the oversight of the Elders.
Education should include a Bachelor’s degree, with Bible training (or equivalent experience); Graduate degree in Biblical Studies preferred (particularly from a Christian university or preaching school). Additionally, the candidate must be known for spiritual and personal integrity.
